No Employee shall be. REQUIRED TO USE A SPRAY GUN IF THEY FEEL IT WILL BE INJURIOUS TO THEIR HEALTH There will normally be an employee available to assist the spray painter. Coveralls and gloves will be supplied to the spray painter, abrasive blaster or water blaster and the employee assisting and shall remain the property of the employer. Coveralls and gloves will be supplied, when required, to all employees working under the major or minor industrial sector. The coveralls shall remain the property of the Employer. A safety approved respirator, will be supplied to the Spray Painter, and if not returned to the Contractor, the cost is to be deducted from the Spray Painter's wages.
