Any notice or demand or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Contract or applicable law shall be effective only if it is in writing and signed by the applicable party, addressed to, as applicable, either the Contractor Contact name or the DSHS Contact name set forth on the Contract cover page, and delivered in person, delivered by electronic mail, delivered by a recognized courier service, or deposited with the United States Postal Service as first-class mail, postage prepaid, to the parties at the addresses and e-mail addresses set forth on the Contract cover page.
