Common use of No Endorsement Clause in Contracts

No Endorsement. 27.1 The Client must not (without the prior written consent of the Company): (a) make any reference, comment or statement either written or oral, that could be construed as an endorsement by the Company of the Client or of the Client’s products or services; or (b) refer to the Company or the services provided by the Company to the Client in any publication, promotional or advertising material. 27.2 The Client acknowledges that: (a) the Company will treat the obligation provided by the Client to the Company in clause 27.1 as a serious undertaking; and (b) it is aware that any breach of this serious undertaking may result in the Company suffering damage.
