No Entitlement to Benefits. In no event shall the Executive be entitled to any benefits under Paragraph 4.3 or 4.4 of this Agreement if his employment ceases by reason of Misconduct, death or Incapacity or if he voluntarily resigns (other than, in connection with a termination during the Change in Control Severance Period, for a reason which qualifies as Good Reason).
No Entitlement to Benefits. Coach acknowledges that he/she shall not accrue sick leave, vacation, overtime pay, compensatory time off, health benefits or any other entitlement or benefits. Coach voluntarily and knowingly waives all rights to all such benefits to the maximum extent permitted by law.
No Entitlement to Benefits. Executive acknowledges that the payments set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof are the only fees and remuneration he is entitled to receive from MBC for the Services during the Consulting Period. As a consultant, Executive will not be eligible to participate in any vacation, group medical or life insurance, disability, profit sharing or retirement benefits, or any other fringe benefits or benefit plans offered by MBC to its employees (other than through COBRA, if Executive elects such coverage), and MBC will not be responsible for withholding or paying any income, payroll, Social Security, or other federal, state, or local taxes, making any insurance contributions, including for unemployment or disability, or obtaining workers’ compensation insurance on his behalf.
No Entitlement to Benefits. On or After Sale or Transfer. Unless specifically provided for in an Exhibit to this Plan, in no event shall a Participant be entitled to receive any benefits hereunder on or after the date that either:
(a) the stock or assets of the business unit or facility by which he is employed is sold to a person or entity which is not an Affiliate and such Participant either:
(i) continues employment with such business unit or facility as owned by such unrelated person or entity; or
(ii) is offered employment but refuses to accept such offer with such business unit or facility as owned by such unrelated person or entity; or
(b) the employment of a Participant is transferred to a joint venture which is not an Affiliate.
No Entitlement to Benefits. As an independent contractor, the Website Project Manager is not entitled to any benefits or payments whatsoever over and above those specifically provided for in this Agreement. Specifically the Website Project Manager will not be entitled to any rights or privileges as are available from time to time to employees of Client including without limitation insurance benefits, health benefits, holidays and paid vacation.
No Entitlement to Benefits. As an independent contractor, the Contractor is not entitled to any benefits or payments whatsoever over and above those specifically provided for in this Contract. Specifically the Contractor will not be entitled to any rights or privileges as are available from time to time to employees of RMOW including without limitation insurance benefits, health benefits, holidays and paid vacation.
No Entitlement to Benefits. There is no entitlement to benefits under Article 2 or 3 of these regulations if the employee:
a. is entitled to IVA (fully disabled persons income scheme) benefit, unemployment benefit or sickness benefit
b. have retired and stopped working and then returned to work.
No Entitlement to Benefits. In the event that:
(a) a Member ceases to be a Full Member; or
(b) a Member fails to make the contributions required by clause 9.1 the Member shall cease to be an Eligible Beneficiary and the Member and his/her Nominated Dependants shall not be entitled to any Benefits from the Trust.
No Entitlement to Benefits. Executive acknowledges that the payments and awards stated in this Paragraph 2 are the only fees and remuneration he is entitled to receive from Huntington for the Services during the Term. As a consultant, Executive will not be eligible to participate in any vacation, group medical or life insurance, disability, profit sharing or retirement benefits, or any other fringe benefits or benefit plans offered by Huntington to its employees (other than through COBRA, if Executive elects such coverage), and Huntington will not be responsible for withholding or paying any income, payroll, Social Security, or other federal, state, or local taxes, making any insurance contributions, including for unemployment or disability, or obtaining workers’ compensation insurance on his behalf.
No Entitlement to Benefits. Consultant will not be entitled to or eligible for any benefits that Client makes available to Client’s employees, including, without limitation, coverage under any Client medical, dental, liability, automobile or other insurance policies. Consultant waives any rights or claims to those benefits.
