Tenant shall not create or suffer or permit to exist with respect to the Premises, any lien, security interest or other charge or encumbrance of any kind, including without limitation, any lien imposed pursuant to section 107(f) of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (42 U.S.C. section 9607(l) or any similar state statute to the extent that such lien arises out of the actions of Tenant, its agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors or guests, licensees or invitees.
