No Expectation of Privacy. The Student and her Parent/Guardian acknowledge and agree that (i) the Equipment is not her personal property and should not be used for personal use; and (ii) the Student or her Parent/Guardian have NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY for data stored on the Equipment or activities performed on the Equipment.
