Common use of No Extension of Credit Clause in Contracts

No Extension of Credit. Nothing in this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing, or any course of dealing between the Customer, the Secured Party or the Depositary, commits or obligates the Depositary to extend any overdraft or other credit to the Customer or the Secured Party.
