Account Administration. Customer shall designate at least one Authorized User to act as an administrator who will act as Customer’s principal point of contract with Provider for purposes of this Agreement.

Minimums You must invest and maintain a minimum balance of Deposits Your deposits will only be accepted once the application to open an RBC Managed Portfolios Account has been approved by RMFI and subsequent to your selection of an Investment Profile . Withdrawals You may request withdrawals from your RBC Managed Portfolios Account (minimum $250) by contacting your RMFI mutual funds representative . RMFI will advise RBC GAM of your request . RBC GAM will then sell assets from your RBC Managed Portfolios Account on a pro-rata basis in accordance with your selected Investment Profile, as necessary, to fund the withdrawal . Termination Certain of the Funds may only be held with RMFI through the RBC Managed Portfolios Program . Therefore, upon termination of your RBC Managed Portfolios Account, RMFI may redeem all the Funds in your RBC Managed Portfolios Account . Death or Incapacity Upon your death or incapacity, we will continue to administer your RBC Managed Portfolios Account and fees will be charged as outlined in this Schedule E until we have received contrary instructions from your duly authorized representative . Fees and Expenses RMFI is authorized to debit your RBC Managed Portfolios Account with the fees outlined below and any expenses outlined in the Agreement . Annual Fee Rates:
Account Administration. Partner will provide JumpCloud with all necessary End Customer information for (and reasonably requested by) JumpCloud to provide access to the Service. Partner is fully responsible for providing complete and accurate information to JumpCloud with respect to an End Customer, and JumpCloud is entitled to rely on the information provided by Partner. In addition, Partner will provide JumpCloud with instructions regarding renewal, expiration, or termination of any End Customer Agreement at least ten (10) business days prior to the desired renewal, expiration, or termination date and JumpCloud will be entitled to rely upon Partner’s instructions with respect to such renewal, expiration, or termination. JumpCloud may contact the End Customer to confirm the renewal, expiration, or termination of the End Customer Agreement.

JumpCloud may, contact the Downstream Customer to confirm the renewal, expiration, or termination of the Downstream Agreement.
Account Administration. SherWeb provides Your designated administrators with access to an account management and administration tool. The Control Panel enables Your designated administrators to change passwords, enable new accounts and disable old accounts, etc. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and account. Furthermore, You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SherWeb immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. SherWeb will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using Your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, You could be held liable for losses incurred by SherWeb or another party due to someone else using Your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

The Outbound Email Tool lets the airline send bulk e-mails to program members based on selected criteria.

9. Review group membership and system level user IDs in accordance with Symetra-established security guidelines X

Account Administration. Client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining access to the CST (the “Customer Service Tool”).
Account Administration. Customer acknowledges that it retains sole administrative control over to whom it grants access to Customer Data hosted in the Services. Customer may specify one or more End Users as administrators (each an “Administrator”) to manage its account, and SingleStore is entitled to rely on communications from such Administrators when servicing Customer’s account.
