NO EXTRA COMPENSATION Clause Samples
The "No Extra Compensation" clause establishes that a party will not receive additional payment beyond what is specified in the contract, even if extra work or unforeseen circumstances arise. In practice, this means that if the contractor encounters unexpected difficulties or is required to perform tasks not explicitly detailed in the agreement, they are still only entitled to the original compensation agreed upon. This clause serves to control costs and prevent disputes over additional payments, ensuring that the financial terms of the contract remain fixed and predictable.
