NO EXTRA COMPENSATION. The Contractor further agrees not to ask, demand, sue for, or recover for any extra compensation, for any materials furnished or work done under this contract, beyond the amounts payable for the several classes of work or kinds of materials herein enumerated, which shall be actually performed and furnished at the prices therefore herein agreed upon and fixed.
