Common use of No Federal Obligation Clause in Contracts

No Federal Obligation. This Agreement is financed by federal funds. However, payments to the Subrecipient will be made by the Council. The United States is not a party to this Agreement and no reference in this Agreement to the United States, USDOT, FTA, or any representatives of the federal government makes the United States a party to this Agreement. The Subrecipient shall include this clause in any contracts or agreements under this Agreement.
