NO FEE FOR INTRODUCING OR FOR FINDING. ENGAGEMENTS ShortBench does not introduce Clients to Professionals and does not help Professionals secure Engagements. ShortBench merely makes the Site Services available to enable Professionals to do so themselves. Therefore, ShortBench does not charge a fee when a Professional finds a suitable Client or finds an Engagement. However, a Client and a Professional are obligated to use the Site to pay and receive payment for their work together if they identified each other through the Site, as detailed in Section 7 (Non-Circumvention), below. In addition, ShortBench does not charge any fee or dues for posting public feedback and composite or compiled feedback, including SSS.

Dwell at Home merely makes the Site and Site Services available to enable Care Givers to do so themselves and may from time to time highlight Projects that may be of interest. Therefore, Xxxxx at Home does not charge a fee when a Care Givers finds a suitable Care Seeker or finds a Project. In addition, Xxxxx at Home does not charge any fee or dues for posting public feedback and composite or compiled feedback, including Composite Information.
