Common use of No Filing or Stamp Taxes Clause in Contracts

No Filing or Stamp Taxes. Except to the extent set out in any legal opinion provided pursuant to clause 5.1 (Initial conditions precedent) or clause 22 (Changes to the Obligors) in relation to it, under the law of its jurisdiction of incorporation it is not necessary that the Finance Documents be filed, recorded or enrolled with any court or other authority in that jurisdiction or that any stamp, registration or similar tax be paid on or in relation to the Finance Documents or the transactions contemplated by the Finance Documents.

No Filing or Stamp Taxes. Except to the extent set out in any legal opinion provided pursuant to clause 5.1 Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent) or clause 22 Clause 24 (Changes to the Obligors) in relation to it, under the law of its jurisdiction of incorporation it is not necessary that the Finance Documents be filed, recorded or enrolled with any court or other authority in that jurisdiction or that any stamp, registration or similar tax be paid on or in relation to the Finance Documents or the transactions contemplated by the Finance Documents.
