Common use of No Filings Clause in Contracts

No Filings. Executive represents that he/she has not filed any lawsuits, claims, charges or complaints, which are pending as of the date hereof, against the Company Releasees with any local, state or federal agency or court from the beginning of time to the date of execution of this Agreement, and that Executive is not aware of any facts that would support any Claims or any compliance-related or code of ethics violations of any kind whatsoever against the Company Releasees, including without limitation any claims for any work-related injuries. If Executive hereafter commences, joins in, or in any manner seeks relief through any suit arising out of, based upon, or relating to any of the Claims released in this Agreement,
