Common use of No Finder Clause in Contracts

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.11, none of Seller, Seller Parent nor any Person acting on their behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary, for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.115.10, none of Sellerno Person has acted, Seller Parent nor any Person acting on their behalf has paid directly or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any indirectly, as a broker, finder or intermediary, financial advisor for or on account of any Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated by this AgreementAgreement and no Person acting on behalf of any Seller is entitled to any fee or commission or like payment from Buyer in respect thereof.

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.117.15, none of neither Seller, Seller Parent nor any Person acting on their its behalf has paid or become obligated to pay pay, any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary, intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.115.19, none of neither the Seller, Seller Parent the Company, nor any Person party acting on their the behalf of the Seller has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder finder, investment banker, consultant or intermediary, intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Finder. Except as set forth on in Schedule 4.113.26, none of Seller, Seller Parent neither the Company nor any Person acting on their its behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary, intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Merger Agreement.

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.114.13, none of Seller, neither Seller Parent nor any Person acting on their Seller’s behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary, for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.115.2, none of Seller, Seller Parent neither Buyer nor any Person acting on their its behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary, intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this AgreementAgreement for which Seller is or will become liable, and Buyer shall hold harmless and indemnify Seller from any claims with respect to any such fees or commissions.

No Finder. Except No Acquired Company nor, except as set forth on Schedule 4.11, none of 5.23 any Seller, Seller Parent nor any other Person acting on their behalf behalf, has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary, intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.116.18, none of Seller, neither Seller Parent nor Xxxxxx has taken any action which would give to any Person acting on their behalf has paid or become obligated a right to pay any a finder’s fee or any type of brokerage commission to any brokerin relation to, finder or intermediaryin connection with, for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.114.12, none of Seller, neither Seller Parent nor any Person acting on their its behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary, for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
