Common use of No Finder Clause in Contracts

No Finder. No broker, finder, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s or investment banker’s fee or commission or other similar compensation or payments in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or by any of the Ancillary Agreements based upon arrangements made by and on behalf of the Buyer.

No Finder. No agent, broker, finder, investment banker or other Person is or will be entitled to any broker’s, 's or finder’s or investment banker’s 's fee or any other commission or other similar compensation or payments fee from such Stockholder in connection with the Acquisition or any of the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement or by any of the Ancillary Agreements based upon arrangements made by and on behalf of the BuyerAgreement.

No Finder. No broker, investment banker, financial advisor, finder, investment banker agent or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or investment banker’s other similar fee or commission payable by the Company or other similar compensation or payments any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or by any of the Ancillary Agreements based upon arrangements made by and or on behalf of such Shareholder in its capacity as a shareholder of the BuyerCompany.

No broker, finder, finder or investment banker or other Person is entitled to any broker’sbrokerage, finder’s finders or investment banker’s other fee or commission or other similar compensation or payments in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or by any of the Ancillary Agreements Transaction based upon arrangements made by and or on behalf of the BuyerBuyer Parties.

No broker, investment banker, financial advisor, finder, investment banker agent or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s or investment banker’s fee or commission ’s, financial advisor’s, or other similar compensation fee or payments commissions payable by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or by any of the Ancillary Agreements based upon arrangements made by and or on behalf of such Shareholder in its capacity as a shareholder of the BuyerCompany.
