Common use of No Finder’s Fee or Brokerage Commission Clause in Contracts

No Finder’s Fee or Brokerage Commission. All negotiations relative to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by Purchaser or its Affiliates directly with HUD or Affiliates thereof and without the intervention of any Person who, as a result of any act of Purchaser or its Affiliates, has or will have a valid claim against HUD or any of its respective Affiliates for a finder’s fee, brokerage commission or other like payment with respect to this Agreement or such transactions.
