Common use of No Further Amendments; Ratification Clause in Contracts

No Further Amendments; Ratification. Except as expressly amended herein, all terms and conditions of the Lease remain unamended in full force and effect and are ratified and confirmed by Landlord and Tenant. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Seventh Amendment and any of the terms and conditions of the Lease, the terms and conditions of this Seventh Amendment shall control.
