No Further Charges. Except as provided in this Affiliate Agreement, as may be due from Airline under the Space Rental Agreement, or as may be permitted by any governmental entity (other than the Authority, acting within its proprietary capacity) having jurisdiction over the Airport, no further rentals, fees, or charges shall be charged against or collected from Affiliated Airline, its passengers, its shippers and receivers of freight, its suppliers of material, its contractors or furnishers of services, by the Authority, acting in its capacity as Airport proprietor, for the rights, licenses, and privileges granted to Affiliated Airline herein.
