Rentals Fees and Charges. AIRLINE shall pay AUTHORITY rentals for use of Airline Premises, and fees and charges for the other rights, licenses, and privileges granted hereunder during the Term of this Agreement. The rentals, fees, and charges payable by all Signatory Airlines for the Airfield and, with respect to the Terminal Complex, the rentals, fees, and charges payable by Signatory Airlines leasing space in the Terminal Complex, shall be equal to the Signatory Airline’s share of the Net Requirement in each respective area of the Airport, all as set forth in Exhibit F.
Rentals Fees and Charges. Subject to renegotiation and change of rental rates as hereinafter provided, the Lessee agrees to pay the Spanish Fork City for the use of the Premises, facilities, rights, services and privileges granted herein, the following rental, payable to Spanish Fork City, on an annual basis.
a) Rental for the Premises shall be at the current rate (as set by the Spanish Fork City Council for each year as part of the annual budget). The rate for the first year is cents per square foot of hangar space, based upon the outside dimensions of the hangar ( ) Square Feet, with a minimum charge of 3 annually (based on a minimum square footage of feet). Therefore, annual rent for the first year for Hangar (#) , with outside square footage measuring sq.ft. shall be 3 .
b) Rent shall commence on the Effective Date. In the event the Lease term commences on some date other than January 1, the first year’s annual rent will be pro-rated to reflect the actual first year occupancy period of this agreement.
c) The rent of the above-described land for each following year of the agreement shall be in accordance with the rental rates as set by the Spanish Fork City Council as part of the annual budget.
d) All payments due to the Lessor under this lease, including rent, that are not paid on or before thirty (30) days from the due date shall incur a late fee of one (1%) percent per month (12% per annum) or 35.00, whichever is greater.
e) All payments due to the Lessor under this lease shall be delivered to Spanish Fork City 00 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 00000 or as otherwise directed in writing by Lessor.
Rentals Fees and Charges. A. The rentals, fees and charges provided for in Sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 shall commence upon the earliest of:
1. Substantial Completion of Project;
2. Occupancy;
3. A date six months prior to the first date on which an interest payment which is not capitalized is due on the Airport Revenue Bonds, and any Additional Airport Revenue Bonds; and
4. A date twelve (12) months prior to the first date on which a Principal or Sinking Fund payment is due on account of the Airport Revenue Bonds, and any Additional Airport Revenue Bonds.
B. During the Transition Period, rentals, fees and charges payable by Airline shall be in accordance with the County rate schedules established by Resolution No. 82-203; provided, however, that such rentals, fees and charges shall be adjusted, if necessary, to comply with Section 7.04 of the Bond Resolution.
Rentals Fees and Charges. Airline shall pay County rentals for the use of Airline Premises, and fees and charges for the other rights, licenses and privileges granted hereunder during the term of this Agreement in the following manner: Rentals, fees and charges for the Airline’s premises shall be paid on the first day of each month in advance; with respect to landing fees Airline shall, within ten (10) days following the end of each calendar month, deliver to County, a true report giving all data required by Section 7.5 to calculate the amount of landing fees prescribed herein. Following receipt of such data, County shall transmit to Airline a statement of landing fees and charges for said month. Airline shall pay such fees and charges within fifteen (15) days after Airline’s receipt of such statement. Payments received by County more than thirty (30) days after the due dates shall be subject to an interest penalty at the rate of 1 1/2% per month of the unpaid amount. The acceptance by County of any Airline payment shall not preclude County from verifying the accuracy of Airline’s report on which the landing fees are based as provided in this Article and shall not be construed as a waiver of the interest penalty.
Rentals Fees and Charges. AIRLINE shall pay AUTHORITY rentals for use of Airline Premises, and fees and charges for the other rights, licenses, and privileges granted hereunder during the Term of this Agreement at the rates calculated in accordance with Exhibit “G,” and shall file periodic reports as specified herein.
Rentals Fees and Charges. Subject to re-negotiation and change of rental rates as hereinafter provided, the Lessee agrees to pay the City for the use of the premises, facilities, rights, services and privileges granted herein, the following rental, payable to Heber City.

B. The rent of the above described land for each following year of the agreement shall be $2,197.50 , and is due and payable to Heber City Corporation, in advance, on the first day of each calendar year of the Agreement.
C. Rents provided for herein are subject to an annual change per the Consumer Price Index (C.P.I.).
D. All payments due the City under this Lease, including rent, that are not paid on or before thirty (30) days from the due date shall incur a late fee of ten (10%) percent for each 90 days or portions thereof that the amount remains delinquent.
E. All payments due the City under this Lease shall be delivered to the Heber City Corporation, 00 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 00000 or as otherwise directed in writing by the City.

In addition, the Customer Facility Charge imposed by the Authority will be collected by Lessee from its rental car customers at the Airport and promptly remitted to the Authority as defined and described in Article 17.
