No Further Consideration Required. Defendant shall have no obligation to pay or provide any further consideration to any Settlement Class Member by reason of this Agreement or the foregoing payments, including but not limited to contributions to any 401(k) or other retirement or employee benefit plan, vacation or sick pay, or any tax contributions or payments. Any and all amounts owed pursuant to or in relation to this Agreement shall be included in the Gross Settlement Amount and Employer’s Withholding Share.
