No Further Encumbrances. Trustor shall not, without the prior written consent of Beneficiary, create, place or permit to be created or placed, or through any act or failure to act, acquiesce in the placing of, or allow to remain, any mortgage, pledge, Lien (statutory, constitutional or contractual), security interest, encumbrance or charge on, or conditional sale or other title retention agreement with respect to, the Trust Property, or any portion thereof or interest therein, other than the Permitted Liens, regardless of whether the same are subordinate to the Lien(s) and security interest(s) created by this Deed of Trust.
