No further funding. (a) The Recipient acknowledges that the Department has no obligation to provide the Recipient with funding or assistance of any kind:
No further funding. The Parties intend that the Company and its subsidiaries should be self-financing. None of the Parties are obliged to contribute further funds or participate in any guarantee or similar undertaking for the benefit of the Company or of any of its subsidiaries.
No further funding. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as creating any obligation, commitment or undertaking by the State or the Department to provide additional funding or assistance beyond that provided in this Agreement.
No further funding. Nothing in this document creates any obligation on any Shareholder to provide any further funding or financial support, nor to guarantee or secure any obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
