The Grant definition

The Grant means the amount for the implementation of (name of the project on the G/A), which is stipulated in the Grant Agreement.
The Grant means the maximum amount of money to be provided by the Grantor as stated in the Offer Letter for the sole purpose of conducting the Project in accordance with this Agreement, including the Other Income, if any.
