No Further Obligation to Officer. The payments and benefits (if any) required to be made or provided to Officer pursuant to this Section 5 shall be in full and complete satisfaction of, and shall constitute the full settlement and release of the Company by Officer with regard to, all obligations of the Company owed to Officer pursuant to this Agreement. After the date of termination of Officer’s employment hereunder, the Company shall have no further obligations to Officer under this Agreement except as otherwise set forth herein.
