Common use of No Future Service Clause in Contracts

No Future Service. In the event Bark terminates your Bark Wireless Service for any reason specified in Section 18.1 or otherwise, we reserve the right to prohibit you from using any Bark Wireless Service plan in the future by blocking your device from our network, prohibiting you from using a new Bark Wireless Service account that you purchase, or through other means. If you agreed to multi-year contract, an Early Termination Fee may apply to any such termination as set forth in Section 6.2 of these Ts&Cs.
