No Gifts. Vendor shall not give a gift or make an expenditure to or for the personal benefit of a Citizens officer or employee. Neither Vendor nor Vendor Staff shall accept a gift from a Citizens policyholder in connection with the Services that is, or could be interpreted to be, intended to influence the handling of the policyholder’s claim, or could be interpreted as an expression of gratitude for such an act.
