State and Federal Requirements. 2.1. Xxxxxxx shall comply with the applicable provisions of the following:
2.1.1. The ACA;
2.1.2. Oregon Marketplace Laws;
2.1.3. Oregon Insurance Laws;
2.1.4. Any state or federal regulations implementing the foregoing laws; and
2.1.5. Any other state and federal laws, regulations, or official agency written guidance applicable to Carrier as the issuer of an SADP.
2.2. Throughout the term of this Contract, Carrier shall hold a Certificate of Authority in good standing from DFR to offer Dental Plans in Oregon.
2.3. Carrier shall not, with respect to its SADPs, discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. Carrier will not have marketing practices or benefit designs that will discourage the enrollment of Individuals or Eligible Employees with significant health needs in its SADPs.

HTA shall ensure that work performed under this agreement is done in conformance with rules and regulations embodying such requirements where they are applicable.

State and Federal Requirements. The Association may request meetings for the purpose of being updated on new or additional state or federal requirements. The purpose of the meetings shall be twofold:
1. For the District to identify for the Association the essence and impact of the requirements, and
2. For the Association to have opportunity to make known any concerns impacting their members and to relay to the District recommendations regarding these concerns.

State and Federal Requirements. The ELC shall comply with its OEL-approved plan and applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations when expending funds it receives or earns under this agreement for early learning programs and services.
State and Federal Requirements. Contractor shall meet all applicable State and Federal requirements needed to complete the aircraft sale, transfer of title and ownership to DPS.
