Developer covenants that no director, employee or agent of Developer, or any other Person connected with Developer, has made, offered or given, either directly or indirectly, to any member of the Corporate Authorities, or any officer, employee or agent of the Village, or any other Person connected with the Village, any money or anything of value as a gift or bribe or other means of influencing his or her action in his or her capacity with the Village.
