Governmental Entity “Governmental Entity” shall mean any federal, state, local or foreign court, arbitral tribunal, administrative agency or commission or other governmental or regulatory authority or administrative agency.
Government Approvals All authorizations, consents, orders or approvals of, or declarations or filings with, or expiration of waiting periods imposed by, any governmental authority necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been filed, occurred or been obtained.
No Government Approval You understand that no state or federal authority has reviewed this Investment Agreement or the Note or made any finding relating to the value or fairness of the investment.
Statutory Authority Connecticut General Statute §§ 10a-104, 10a-108, 4a-52a, and 10a-151b provide the University with authority to enter into contracts in the pursuit of its mission.
Regulatory Authorizations Each Party represents and warrants that it has, or applied for, all regulatory authorizations necessary for it to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
No Consents The Servicer is not required to obtain the consent of any other party or any consent, license, approval or authorization, or registration or declaration with, any governmental authority, bureau or agency in connection with the execution, delivery, performance, validity or enforceability of this Agreement which has not already been obtained.
Governmental Entities 23.1 For those customers, which are government entities, provisions within this agreement will apply to the extent the agency is not legally barred from executing such provisions by State or Federal law. AUTHORITY APPROVALS Except as otherwise indicated elsewhere in this Agreement, wherever in this Agreement approvals are required to be given or received by Authority, it is understood that the CEO, or a designee of the CEO, is hereby empowered to act on behalf of Authority.

Governmental Authorization No approval, consent, exemption, authorization, or other action by, or notice to, or filing with, any Governmental Authority is necessary or required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by, or enforcement against, any Loan Party of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
