No Grant of Right. None of the Target Company, the Existing Shareholders, the Actual Controllers and their respective Affiliates shall be granted any right to use any trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos of the Investor or its Affiliates by reason of the Investment contemplated hereunder; and shall, without prior written consent of the Investor, represent, whether expressly or impliedly, that any products or services supplied by them are approved or endorsed by Investor or its Affiliates.
