The guards shall maintain accurate log books to record each of the following: the chain of custody of the keys and other equipment provided by IOM, referencing the names of the guards, and the dates and times at which they received and returned the keys and radio equipment; entry and exit of all personnel and visitors (including guards and supervisors reporting for duty and ending shifts), including names, dates and times of entry and exit; all goods or materials brought into the IOM offices/sub-offices, including the names of the delivery personnel, the dates and times of delivery, and the nature of the items delivered; entry and exit of all vehicles (including those of the guards and supervisors), including the identities of the drivers and the passengers, and the make and plate numbers of the vehicles; and any security incidents, including a detailed report on the incident, including the names of the persons involved. Services Supplied. A) The Contractor shall provide the timely delivery of mail (United States Postal Service mail and inter‐ office correspondence) among the 5 buildings of the district and the United States Post Office in Lewisburg, PA, on a daily basis, year‐round, excluding weekends and school holidays.
B) The 5 District Buildings are listed as follows:
1) Central Office, Located at Linntown Intermediate School, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx.
2) District Maintenance Building, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

Services Supplied. (a) Sepracor hereby agrees to provide or make available the support and related services that are listed and briefly described in Attachment A hereto (the "Services"), to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In order to provide for the furnishing of additional services not listed on Attachment A at the time of execution of this Agreement, Attachment A may be amended from time to time with the consent of each of Sepracor and the Company. All Services shall be performed in the manner, to the extent and at a time substantially consistent with the manner in which Sepracor performs administrative or other services for its own benefit. Without limiting the foregoing, Sepracor agrees to consult with representatives of the Company prior to taking any action material to the provision of Services pursuant to this Agreement that would constitute a material departure from past practice.
(b) In addition, Sepracor will provide such reasonable assistance to the Company as the Company shall request to efficiently and expeditiously develop the ability to operate the Company and to perform the Services provided for hereunder itself.
(c) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Company may, at any time, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Sepracor, elect to discontinue receiving one or more of the Services provided hereunder. Thirty (30) days following receipt of such notice, Sepracor shall cease to provide such Services to the Company, and the Company's right to receive such Services under this Agreement shall terminate.
Services Supplied. 1.1 Instra Corporation will supply you with the Services ordered by you as shown on your electronic application form. For the details of what your Services include, you should refer to the Customer Guide.
1.2 Charges will apply for the registration and use of the Services are described in the Customer Guide.
1.3 We will treat you as having received notices from us regarding this Agreement if we contact the latest email address you have given us. We will also post all changes to our pricing and Terms and Conditions on our website xxx.xxxxxx.
Services Supplied. 2.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide to the IOM the following services (hereinafter, the “Services”) in accordance with the Request for Proposals attached to this Agreement, which is an integral part of this Agreement: - To design and produce, in close cooperation with the IOM Project Management Team, a one hour film with subtitles, 6 short information spots also with subtitles; and a DVD with a booklet on UAMs’ rights in the EU
2.2 The Service Provider shall submit the following deliverables in accordance with the timeline indicated respectively:
a) The film and spots in 27 language versions (following translation and subtitling) shall be submitted to IOM no later than (date).
b) The booklet translated in 27 languages and edited with its final lay-out (to be inserted within the package, content prepared by IOM in close cooperation and with the support of the Production Company) shall be submitted to IOM no later than (date).
c) The DVD, comprising a one hour film, 6 short spots, an electronic manual in 7 languages and a booklet put together in a handy and eye catching package shall be submitted to IOM no later than (date).
