No Guaranty. A/E does not control or guarantee the performance of any Contractor, provided however, A/E shall promptly notify TFC of any observation of a Contractor’s or subcontractor’s failure to perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Construction Documents and Work Progress Schedule, and shall recommend to TFC candidate measure(s) to correct such failures.
