No Hedging Agreements. Except if consented to by the Lender, Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any ISDA master agreement or any Hedging Agreement.
No Hedging Agreements. The Borrower shall not, and shall cause White Cliffs not to, as applicable, enter into or become a party to any Hedging Agreement, including any Commodity Hedging Agreement, other than Interest Rate Contracts entered into with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
