No Holdbacks. The principal amount of such Mezzanine Loan stated on the related Purchased Asset Schedule has been fully disbursed as of the Purchase Date and there is no requirement for future advances thereunder (except (i) in those cases where the full amount of such Mezzanine Loan has been disbursed but a portion thereof is being held in escrow or reserve accounts pending the satisfaction of certain conditions relating to matters with respect to the related Mortgaged Property, the Borrower or other considerations determined by Seller to merit such holdback or (ii) future advances to be funded with respect to such Mezzanine Loan as identified in the related Purchased Asset Schedule).
