No Impact on Other Licensee Rights. Nothing contained in this Section 1.2(d) shall impair or restrict Licensee’s right to Broadcast in any Licensed Media during the Term, in the Territory (whether on channels, networks, programming services or on a stand-alone basis) any individual item of Licensed Content (whether or not Broadcast by Univision Group on any Univision Channel or other packaged programming offering outside the Territory).
