No Impairment of Right of Holders to Receive Payment. For the avoidance of doubt, no amendment to, or deletion of any of the covenants under Article 4 or action taken in compliance with the covenants in effect at the time of such action, shall be deemed to impair or affect any legal rights of any Holders of the Notes to receive payment of principal of or premium, if any, or interest on the Notes or to institute suit for the enforcement of any payment on or with respect to such Holder’s Notes.
