Right of Certificateholders to Receive Payments Not to Be Impaired. Anything in this Trust Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the right of any Certificateholder to receive distributions of payments required pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof on the Certificates when due, or to institute suit for enforcement of any such payment on or after the applicable Distribution Date or other date specified herein for the making of such payment, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Certificateholder.

If such a list is as of a date more than 90 days prior to the date of receipt of such applicants' request, the Trustee shall promptly request from the Certificate Registrar a current list as provided above, and shall afford such applicants access to such list promptly upon receipt. Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding such list, agrees with the Certificate Registrar and the Trustee that neither the Certificate Registrar nor the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
