No Implied Licenses; Residuals. Except as expressly specified in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to grant to one Party, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, license rights, ownership rights or any other Intellectual Property Rights in any Technology owned by the other Party or any Affiliate of the other Party. Service Provider shall be free to use its general knowledge, skills and experience, and any ideas, concepts, know how, and techniques that are required or used in the course of providing the Services.
