Common use of No Inconsistent Action Clause in Contracts

No Inconsistent Action. None of Buyer, Company or the Sellers shall take any action which is materially inconsistent with its obligations under this Agreement, that would cause any representation to be untrue or misleading, that would make it impossible or impracticable for a condition herein to be satisfied, or that would hinder or delay the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Inconsistent Action. None of Buyer, Company or the Sellers shall take any action which is materially inconsistent with its obligations under this Agreement, that would cause any representation or warranty made by such party hereunder to be untrue or misleading, that would make it impossible or impracticable for a condition herein to be satisfied, or that would materially hinder or delay the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
