Control of Station. The transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall not be consummated until after the FCC has given its consent and approval to the Assignment Application. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, the Buyers and their employees or agents shall not directly or indirectly control, supervise, or direct, or attempt to control, supervise, or direct, the operation of the Station, and such operation shall be the sole responsibility of and in the control of the Seller.
Control of Station. Buyer shall not, directly or indirectly, control, supervise or direct the operations of the Station prior to Closing. Such operations, including complete control and supervision of all Station programs, employees and policies, shall be the sole responsibility of Seller.
Control of Station. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, Buyer shall not control, manage or supervise the operation of the Station or conduct of its business, all of which shall remain the sole responsibility and under the control of Seller, subject to Seller's compliance with this Agreement.
Control of Station. The Transaction shall not be consummated until ------------------ after the Commission has given its written consent thereto and between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, Seller shall control, supervise and direct the operation of the Station.
Control of Station. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Licensee shall have full authority and power over the operations of the Station during the period of this Agreement, Licensee shall provide and pay for the Manager(s) of the Station, who shall report and be accountable solely to Licensee and who shall direct the day-to-day operation of the Station. Licensee shall retain control, said control to be reasonably exercised, over the policies, programming and operations of the Station, including, without limitation, the right to decide whether to accept or reject any programming or advertisements, the right to preempt any Programs in order to broadcast a program deemed by Licensee to be of greater national, regional or local interest, and the right to take any other actions necessary for compliance with the laws of the United States, the State of New Jersey, the rules, regulations and policies of the FCC, and the rules, regulations and policies of other federal governmental authorities, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. Licensee and Broker shall cooperate with one another in meeting all of the FCC's requirements with respect to public service programming, for maintaining the political and public inspection files of each of the Station's logs and for the preparation of issues/program lists. Broker shall, upon request by Licensee, provide Licensee with information with respect to such of the Programs which are responsive to public needs and interest so as to assist Licensee in the preparation of required programming reports and will provide, upon request, other information to enable Licensee to prepare other records, reports and logs required by the FCC or other local, state or federal governmental agencies.
Control of Station. Subject to the LMA, between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, Buyer shall not control, manage or supervise the operation of the Station or the conduct of its business, all of which shall remain the sole responsibility of and under the control of Seller.

Licensee shall provide and pay for a management level employee and another employee who shall report solely to and be accountable solely to Licensee and who shall direct the day-to-day operation of the Station. Licensee shall retain control over the policies, programming and operations of the Station, including, without limitation, the right to decide whether to accept or reject any programming or advertisements, the right to preempt any programs in order to broadcast a program deemed by Licensee to be of greater national, regional or local interest, and the right to take any other actions necessary for compliance with the laws of the United States; the State of Texas; the rules, regulations, and policies of the Commission (including the prohibition on unauthorized transfers of control); and the rules, regulations and policies of other federal governmental authorities. From time to time as requested by Licensee, Broker shall provide Licensee with information to enable Licensee to prepare records, reports and logs required by the Commission or other local, state or federal governmental agencies.

Control of Station. Between the date hereof and the Closing Date, Seller shall manage and control the operation of the Station subject only to the terms and conditions of the TBA.
Control of Station. Until the Closing Date, Seller shall have complete control of the Station, its equipment and operation. Purchaser shall be entitled, however, to notice of any significant problems or developments with the purpose that an uninterrupted and efficient transfer to Purchaser of the Station and assets and all other assets and properties to be transferred hereunder may be accomplished.
