No Indirect or Consequential Damages. In no event shall Landlord or Tenant ever be liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data); provided, however, that no remedies or damages expressly provided in this Lease shall be considered indirect or consequential, and that the provisions of this Section 10.02(c) shall not apply to Sections 3.02 and 9.04 of this Lease.
