Common use of No Inducements Clause in Contracts

No Inducements. (a) The Licensee will not, and will ensure that its Associates will not, directly or indirectly, offer, promise, agree to pay, give, accept, or solicit anything of value (including to or from any third party) in order to secure any reward or improper benefit other than payment for the performance of its obligations under this Licence. (b) The School Council may terminate this Licence immediately on Notice to the Licensee if the Licensee or any of its Associates are found to have engaged in any conduct under clause 37.13(a) and recover the amount of any loss resulting from such termination as a debt due from the Licensee.
