No Injunctions; etc. No court or governmental injunction, order or decree prohibiting the purchase and sale of the Units will be in effect. There will not be in effect any law, rule or regulation prohibiting or restricting the sale or requiring any consent or approval of any person that has not been obtained to issue and sell the Units to the Investor.
