No Instruments. Except in connection with its enforcement or collection of the Receivables, the Servicer shall take no action to cause any Receivables to be evidenced by any instruments (as defined in the UCC) and if any Receivable is so evidenced (whether or not in connection with such enforcement or collection), it shall be assigned to the Servicer as provided in Section 3.04.
