No Intended Third Party Beneficiary. Landlord and Tenant may each, separately, deal with other persons in connection with the Premises or with other matters that may also relate to or be the subject of this Lease. Landlord and Tenant do not intend to make any such third person with whom each of them may deal an intended third party beneficiary under this Lease. There is no third person who is an intended third party beneficiary under this Lease. No incidental beneficiary (whatever relationship such person may have with Landlord or Tenant) shall have any right to bring an action or suit, or to assert any claim against Landlord or Tenant under this Lease.
