No Interest in Competitors. Set forth on Exhibit 5.20 is a list describing the extent to which DE, any of its Members or any officer, manager or director of DE or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing, directly or indirectly, owns more than a five percent (5%) interest in or controls or is an employee, officer, director, or partner of or participant in (but only to the extent such a participation exceeds one percent), or consultant to any corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity which is a competitor, supplier or customer of DE or has any type of business or professional relationship with DE.
No Interest in Competitors. Set forth on Exhibit 6.19 is a list describing the extent to which THI, or any officer, or director of THI or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing, directly or indirectly, owns more than a five percent (5%) interest in or controls or is an employee, officer, director, or partner of or participant in (but only to the extent such a participation exceeds one percent), or consultant to any corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity which is a competitor, supplier or customer of THI or has any type of business or professional relationship with THI.
No Interest in Competitors. No officer, director or shareholder of DMSI or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing, or any Seller, directly or indirectly, owns more than a five percent (5%) interest in, or controls or is an employee, officer or director of or participant in (but only to the extent that such a participation exceeds five percent (5%)), or consultant to, any corporation, partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, association or other entity which is a competitor or current supplier or customer of the Business or has any type of business or professional relationship with the Business.
No Interest in Competitors. To the knowledge of Pentacon, neither Pentacon, Newco or any of their directors, officers or affiliates (other than stockholders of the Founding Companies) owns directly or indirectly any interest in a competitor of the Company or any of the Founding Companies.
No Interest in Competitors. Set forth on Exhibit 5.6 is a list describing the extent to which such Seller or any Affiliate of such Seller, directly or indirectly, owns more than a five percent (5%) interest in or controls or is an employee, officer, director, or partner of or participant in (but only to the extent such a participation exceeds one percent (1%)), or consultant to any corporation, partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, association or other entity which is a competitor, supplier or customer of the Company or has any type of business or professional relationship with the Company.
No Interest in Competitors. No Interest in Competitors. None of Parent, Merger Sub or any of their respective Affiliates owns any equity interest in any Person that derives revenues from products, services or lines of business within the Company’s products, services or lines of business and would reasonably be deemed to be competitive with the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries. None of Parent, Merger Sub or any of their respective Affiliates is currently involved in any substantive negotiations with respect to the acquisition of any business or businesses that would or would reasonably be expected to constitute the foregoing.
No Interest in Competitors. No officer, director or, to the ----------------------------------------- knowledge of the Seller, employee of the Company directly or indirectly owns any interest in, or controls or is a participant in or consultant to, any corporation, partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, association or other entity which is a competitor, landlord, or tenant of the Company, other than an ownership interest involving less than five percent (5%) of the equity securities of any entity which is traded on a recognized stock exchange or quoted on a consolidated reporting system.
No Interest in Competitors. None of the Sellers, their Affiliates or their managers, directors or officers directly or indirectly owns any interest in (excluding the ownership of securities representing less than 5% of any class of publicly traded securities) or controls or is an employee, officer, director, member or partner of or participant in or consultant to, any Person which is in the same line of business as the Purchaser.
No Interest in Competitors. Other than as set forth on Section 4.29 of the Disclosure Schedule, none of the Seller, its Affiliates or the managers, directors and officers of each Target or their respective Affiliates, directly or indirectly owns any interest in (excluding the ownership of securities representing less than 5% of any class of publicly traded securities) or controls or is an employee, officer, director, member or partner of or participant in or consultant to, any Person which is in the same line of business as any Target or the Buyer.
