To the Knowledge of the Seller, no third party has interfered with, infringed upon, misappropriated, or otherwise come into conflict with any Intellectual Property rights of the Seller.
To the Knowledge of the Seller, no key employee or group of employees has any plans to terminate employment with the Seller.
