No Interest; No Return of Capital. Capital contributions to the Company shall not earn interest, except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Member shall not have the right to withdraw, or to receive a return of, a capital contribution or any portion thereof.
No Interest; No Return of Capital. No interest shall be payable on the capital contributions, or in respect of the capital accounts, of the Members. No Member shall be permitted to make an early withdrawal of any portion of the capital contributions made by it.
No Interest; No Return of Capital. Subject to (and without limitation of) Sections 5.4 and Section 11, (a) no interest shall be payable on the Capital Contributions or in respect of the Capital Accounts of the Members, and (b) no Member shall have the right to require that any portion of its Capital Contributions or Capital Account be returned or otherwise paid over to it.
