Common use of No Interference with Employees and Other Suppliers Clause in Contracts

No Interference with Employees and Other Suppliers. Executive agrees that, during the Restricted Period, regardless of whether, or on what basis, Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated or any claim that Executive may have against the Company under this Agreement or otherwise, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, actually or attempt to: (i) solicit, induce, or cause any Supplier of the Company to terminate, reduce or refrain from renewing or extending such person’s or entity’s business or employment relationship with the Company; (ii) solicit, induce or cause any employee of the Company to engage in Competing Services; or (iii) employ or otherwise engage as an employee, independent contractor or consultant (1) any employee of the Company or (2) any person who was employed by the Company within the then prior six-month period.
